About the «Funerunity»

The «Funerunity» is a community of people who work in the provision of funeral services and other related fields from the production of funeral items, and ending with design and marketing in the funeral industry.

The main task of the community is to build a convenient communication channel with customers, provide for an effective promotion of services, a full feedback, as well as increasing of loyalty and sales.

The «Funerunity» is a unique professional club, where you can exchange information, increase their customer base, to form an image of reliable partner and receive broad public support for their initiatives.

Our task is to become a momentum to develop the funeral, influence the funeral consumption preferences and standards and demonstrate the position of professional partners and participants in the industry as a whole.

We believe that many issues related to the specifics of the funeral can be overcome together in the community of professionals of the «Funerunity».

The «Funerunity» is a open community for all forms of enterprise, it not depends of occupation, religion of the participant. We would like to see in the community all representatives associated with the burial process. We are ready to cooperate with the trade unions as well as with small businesses providing funeral services.

Our goal today is to create the community of professionals in the funeral, able to provide effective assistance to its members, affecting the entire industry to improve service quality and reduce the number of dissatisfied customers.

Our main objectives will be:

  • The funeral and related industries market analysis, as well as common action of settlement of disputes;
     
  • Legal support on all matters relating to the organization of business;
     
  • Customer service assistance

We believe that creating the community not only helps consumers of the funeral, making it more simple and enjoyable process, but also helps community members - representatives of the Bureau and funeral agencies establish effective feedback with their customers.
